Request$25 for up to 90minIf you’d like to provide an edited recording of your event, this is for you. This is great if you want to modify some parts of the recording before providing it to your attendees, e.g. cutting out an introduction section and focus on the main content of your event.
Request$1/min of recordingIf you set your event to be recorded, we keep call recordings in our system. If for some reason you need a recording deleted, let us know.
Request$100 per recordingNeed to make sure you have real-time access and a direct line of communication with our support team during your event? You can request to have your own Dedicated Support specialist to monitor your event and help you in real-time with troubleshooting issues and answering support-related questions.
Request$50/hr(1) To book an Event Technician you will be required to prepay for one hour ($150) of driving services. Please note that Event Technicians are billed in one hour increments. Should you require an Event Technician for more than one hour, you will be billed for the additional time upon completion of your event. If you cancel with less than 72 hours notice, the Event Technician services fee becomes non-refundable.
(2) Please note: this request is only for reserving an Event Technician. If additional professional services such as Call Design or Facilitation are necessary, we recommend requesting an Event Facilitator and/or Call Designer to maximize your MaestroConference event. Rush Fees:
In addition to the hourly rate for Event Technicians:
A $200 fee will be incurred should you request an Event Technician with less than (3) business days notice
A $300 fee will be incurred should you request an Event Technician with less than (1) business day notice
