Dr Kevin Mays is one of the worlds foremost experts at helping leaders overcome the problem solving and communication dysfunction that all teams face. He has taken Thousands of leaders from around the world from woeful to world-class through the conscious leadership process that he teaches. In his new book, 'TOTEM: Mastering the Art of Team Performance', he applies Tibetan Buddhism to Team dynamics in the corporate world.

Dr. Kevin Mays is a graduate of the Contemplative Psychology program at Naropa University. He holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership, as well as a Doctorate from the University of Montana, where his research explored the effect of meditation on leadership.
