New MaestroConference Features

New Feature: Mic Volume Control Slider, will allow you to set the volume control of individual mics. Either increase or decrease the volume to help your conference run smoothly. This new feature is located in the Conductor Interface on the Actions tab below the Mic status icons. (It is not visible when multiple callers are selected.) Here is how it works:

  • Select an individual caller and click the Action tab to see the current mic volume setting.
  • Slide the mic icon to the right with a mouse to increase the volume.
  • Slide the mic icon to the left with a mouse to decrease volume.

New Feature: The Participant Dashboard, the newest addition to our platform for interactive engagement, allows your callers to further interact with you during your conference. By enabling the Dashboard the following features are available.

  • Callers log-in at http://maestroconference.com/dashboard during the call to view the following details:
    • Conference information, including conference name, start time, dial-in # and PIN.
    • Messages from the Host, allow conductors to share text or post URLs to the Participant Dashboard.
    • Broadcast Straw Poll results show how participants respond to questions.
    • Participant feedback allows your callers to submit questions or comments; visible only to the Conductor.

Enhancement: Breakout Group now feature more options for creating, organizing, and managing breakout sessions. The options now include:

  • Randomly
  • Keeping specified fields together when possible
    • Example 1: Participants labeled with a customized field of blue will be grouped with blue, green will be grouped with green, and so forth.
  • Mixing specified fields when possible
    • Example 2: Those with their hands raised with a number 1 will be mixed with participants who have their hands raised to number 2.

Enhancement: Chat with Support button now available in upper-right section of the Conductor interface.
